The phone# on Receipt was disconnected!

I Received my 5 pcs. of a Sectional in 7 large boxes. When I went to put it together, I found that the Bases did not have 1/2 the holes to screw the legs in..? I contacted them and Waited 2 weeks and then they asked for in a email for a picture..! I bought this @ MACY'S (Because of their Quality & Service) But, STREAMDALE was the 3rd Party I had to deal with..!! Even Macy's does not have a phone# for them... an Email Only..! MACY"S then sent an email..!! That's when they asked for Pictures. So, I'm without a Couch all this time!! Still sitting in pieces in my Living Room...! SO MAD It has been a DISASTER with many calls & emails to no avail YET!! STILL NO RESOLVE..!!!
