I Wasted A Lot of Money on This Couch

I wasted $2000+ on this couch. I knew I'd have to assemble it, and that wasn't an issue, but the instructions were horrible. It took us 3 days to figure it out. I wanted a convertible couch for visitors and thought this would be a better, more comfortable option than a traditional sofa bed. NOPE. It is way too small, poorly made with sub-par materials, very uncomfortable and already showing signs of wear after 3.5 months of use. No wonder there is a 30-day return window. It isn't enough time to tell if it's well made or not. Macys Customer Service would not help me as it sold by a third-party vendor with the Macys name attached to it and sold on the Macys website. I will try to sell it to make some money back to purchase something better. But I don't trust Macys to provide quality furniture any longer. The couch that I replaced with this piece of garbage was from Macys Furniture and it lasted me over 20 years. Shame on you Macys.
