A bit awkward to put together

I got to admit that I wanted a white glove sofa delivery but I don’t think this one had that option however in the description I did not see anything related to it will be shipped in a box! I was surprised when I tracked the shipment that it would be delivered by FedEX in 2 boxes! Which they did not arrived together but 1 day apart. Actually, I had to file a claim with both Macys and FedEx on a missing package because the FedEx driver didn’t know about a 2nd package!! Putting it together went ok till we had to slide the arms to the back. It’s hard to see the clips that slide while aligning the arms to the back, it was frustrating but we got it eventually with a friend’s help. We followed the directions for the seat cushions (which came flat and rolled up), but one never fully inflated -the corners. Overall, I like the design, material, color and the price of the sofa but it should be clarified that is a build it-yourself kind of furniture.
