Not for avg size people (I'm 5'4, 140)

Although this looked pretty online, everything from the moment it arrived to getting it back to the manufacturer has been a disaster and Macy's still has not refunded my money when it was delivered back THREE WEEKS AGO. Cannot attest for the concierge or durability because I had to return but from what I saw this will not be a lasting item. The structure and frame set up is cheap. Issues with this purchase : 1. The chair is low to the ground. The seat height is lower than the average toilet seat. It must be bad if at 5'4", I said nope this wing work. I was looking for legs / risers and nothing. Nobody wants furniture that has you sitting on the ground. 2. The box arrived damaged and calls to the company resumed in them sending an email asking me to open the box to see if it was really damaged. 3 Macy's wanted me to take an 80 pound chair that was delivered on a dolly, load it in my vehicle and drive it to UPS. Calling customer service in the evening is different than who you get when calling in the mornings. Call CS in the mornings. 4. Still waiting for my refund and to credit my Macy's account
