Sofa

Not good. It’s missing parts and we can’t assemble.

Missing Part - Poor Customer Service

Called customer service to get a missing part and was promised it would arrive in 3 days, Day ten and still waiting, no follow up information or tracking number. Will consider returning product, as a result of poor customer service.

No Instructions on how to set up

I received my sofa later than the date it was set to be delivered and when they arrive they just left it at my front door without knocking. After all that I was ready to set up my sofa and there was no Instructions manual!!! I called the customer service department for assistance only to get hung up on. I'm so disappointed in this purchase and it will be a hassle to pack up everything to return it.
