Metal platform frame

This is a nightmare to put together. It has a ridiculous number of parts. I misunderstood and thought it was Queen size. NO. It is a full size. FULL IS not part of the name of the bed. It is promised to arrive by a certain date but didnot and I was moving to another state. I tried with the help of a wonderful in store, Macys sales person to cancel the order as it had not arrived. After 45 minutes on the phone we were under the impression the order was canceled. It showed up days later on the doorstep of the house that I had sold and moved out of so I had to facilitate getting it moved to my new out-of-state location. After all of that and my family spending three hours putting it together, it was too small for my mattress. On top of that the middle is very cheesy looking. Terrible product.
