Horrible Experience--Refund Needed

The box was sent to me re-wrapped, clearly a reject from someone else, and I quickly found out why: a major piece was missing. I returned it nearly two weeks ago and have not yet received a refund. Steaming mad. There's more, but this should be enough to keep you from buying this.
