Truly terrible. Do not recommend.

Very uncomfortable, sleep cannot occur in this chair. It is dorm room quality furniture at best. Assembly was fairly obnoxious, and returning it was a pain. This was not a Macy's issue, I did not realize it was a 3rd party seller, absolutely my fault. Macy's sent it back for me, and I did receive a prompt refund.
