Very Bad return service No customer support

I had purchased this item from Macy's online considering there was free refund policy within 30 days of purchase. After receiving this item we decided to return immediately as it wasn't the color we were looking for. That's when the nightmare started. There is no customer support number to call for macys. The online rep created a single return label for UPS, for two chairs. After doing a trip top UPS store with the two chairs in my car, the UPS folks asked me to get two separate labels for the two chairs. So I came home and got two separate labels and did ship the chairs. The chairs got at their return location on January 2, still online it wasnt showing as received. After following up multiple times thru online chat I got my refund for less than what I paid for using my CC. lesson - Not buying another piece from Macys online again. period.
