flat and thin

The cushions are thin and uncomfortable. At first I thought they just needed more time to fluff up after opening. a few months after purchasing and the cushions are just as flat. The back cushions don't stay up well and fall over. There is little to no support. I reached out and didn't hear back since this is a third party seller through Macys. I do not recommend.

Thin and uncomfortable

Title says it all. You want a couch to be soft, plenty of cushion, and comfortable but this is not that. The back cushions feel thin, the armrests and pillows are thin and stiff, and the couch sits low. I regret my purchase. Don't fall for the sales price tag. Not worth it.
