Poor Customer Service

I am disappointed with Macy’s. Ordered a 4 chair/table set. It’s bad enough that as a consumer I have to assemble it. Problem is only received hardware for 3 chairs. The set is sold thru Macy’s from a vendor. Dealing with customer service if frustrating. Took over 30 mins & 2 transfers to get to a person who at least sounded like she could assist. Today is the 4th day & I have not heard from the vendor, Streamdale Furniture. All I am asking for is for them to mail me the 4th hardware kit. If I don’t at least get a call, email, or text from Streamdale by Tues, then I will be forced to arrange a return & refund. That will entail another frustrating process.
