Returned it, incorrect web descriptions

The one good thing about this chair is the quality of the leather and the color. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends. The instructions to assemble this chair are difficult to read and wildly confusing/unclear. The chair is also not comfortable, there’s barely any cushion to it (it’s very stiff) and the height description is inaccurate, it only goes about 19 inches high off the ground. After it took way too long to assemble it, and reassemble it, I had to take the whole thing apart just to return it. Macy’s customer service was hopeful, but selling products made by third-party vendors is not why people shop at macy’s.

Not As Described, Awful Instructions

The one good thing I could say about this chair is the leather is soft, that’s where it ends. Not only are these instructions wildly complicated and unclear, but it’s not comfortable, the foot rest falls off easily and it barely clears 20 inches off the ground at a highest. I will be returning this.
