Dilemma resolved in 24 hours!!

This is my second review because in the first one, I gave Macy's bed only one star because an integral part was missing. Macy's Customer Service Dept. told me all they could do is send an email marked URGENT to the third party seller that shipped the bed. I was told the seller would respond in about 5 days. However, the third party seller read the email and the part was expedited to me the very next day! great team work, Macy's and Simplie Fun! The bed is beautiful and exactly what we wanted!! The lights on it are amazing! Yes, buy this bed!!!
