Dissatisfied

As a loyal customer of Macy's, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and communication regarding an issue I have been trying to resolve for over two hours. Despite speaking with multiple departments, I have still not received a satisfactory response. This not only causes frustration, but also raises concerns about the lack of transparency regarding third-party partnerships. Furthermore, I have not been fully reimbursed for charges related to a product that was returned to the sender, not through the promised "white glove service." In order to improve customer satisfaction and prevent similar issues, I strongly suggest that Macy's implements a tracking system for all shipments and returns. I hope to receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Do not buy

This is not good company, I return my sofa and they never refund my money. Cheap material and they never talk on phone or email. Please don’t buy on line Macy’s anything
