Disappointing Sofa After Years of Macy’s Loyalty

"I've been a loyal Macy's shopper since 2006 (and before that, I shopped at Hecht's). Over the years, I've purchased many items for my home, including mattresses, headboards, dining tables, sheets, and three sofas. Unfortunately, this purchase has been the most disappointing. The seat cushions and back pillows never puffed up properly, and it's been over a week now with no improvement. On top of that, the USB charger on the side has never worked. Now, we're stuck deciding whether to take it apart and ship it back or just push through. It's really frustrating given my long history with Macy's and their usual quality."
