Disappointed!

We are really unhappy with this sofa. It is smaller than anticipated, sits much too low to the ground and has never fully inflated so is terribly wrinkly, even though it is not supposed to be so anymore. We have tried to return the sofa and Macy's has been impossible to work with. So all around, a terrible purchase and experience. I hope someone is listening to this.
