no hardware in box! Lots of assembly

After a delay in getting the 2nd box 3 days late, I opened up the dozens of pieces only to find the hardware not in the box! What a waste of day. "assembly required" is an understatement. When I called Macy's they told me 5 days before someone will get back to me. What a joke. I have people sleeping over in a few days. Don't use this brand and be cautious when Macy's needs to contact the supplier who takes 5 days. I am on hold for a supervisor for what seems forever
