Seller/Manufacturer Unresponsive

The chair is nice looking. Could be a little heavier weight. What is driving my review down is the fact that when I slid the back onto the side arm pieces only one side lined up in order to screw in the bolt with the allen wrench. I use the Macy's site to "Contact the seller." to ask what to do. I wrote on Sunday and it is now Friday and despite the promise to answer in a couple of days, I have not received a reply.
