BAD NEWS! Poor condition and

This order had (1) adjustable recliners, which were delivered two days apart. Both came in damaged boxes. We carried one box up to the second floor with the help of 3 other people. Only to find the first delivered recliner was badly damaged with deep scratches on two legs, one corner section of the recliner, was badly marred in black and the material was ripped, and a few missing parts. This is BAD NEWS! Because the second box was badly damaged, we decided not to even take a chance a bring it upstairs. We are over 70 years old, and when this was ordered, we were told that it would not be left downstairs, but that it would be brought up to our home unit. I have put in for a completed credit on the two recliners, and have asked for return shipping labels.WE ARE EXPECTING A COMPLETE REFUND. Also, why would our Macy's credit card be charged before delivery?
