Horrible Company! Horrible Chairs! DO NOT BUY!

We purchased two of these recliners - a big big mistake. These chairs are so flimsy, the woods are cheap and hard, we pulled them out and sat on them and our butts hurt like crazy because the chairs do not have enough cushioning. They are made of cheap cheap materials. We had to pull them in to our extra bedroom after 3 days of sitting on them as they were just uncomfortable. Now onto trying to return these chairs. This company Streamdale was impossible to deal with. My husband and I are in our 80's and they refuse to help us out. In their initial correspondence, they stated to not return the chairs but send a video which we are still trying to with the help of your helper. However, they are now saying that they want the chairs returned in their original boxes because that is their company policy. We learnt our lessons and will never buy any big items online. And Macy's was of no help either. They had stars I had to do 1 - but it should be a negative 100!
