Not what I expected at

I recently purchased these chairs and they are truly beautiful. However, two of them arrived with defects. I contacted Macy’s customer service three times trying to resolve the issue—either to get them fixed or exchanged—but it’s been almost a month with no solution. I’m very disappointed with the lack of support, Not a happy customer at all.
