Very Disappointed — Missing Parts & Poor Quality

My modular couch arrived today and I’m extremely disappointed. It was missing the two end pieces that should have included the cup holders and cell phone holder, and it was missing one of the four seats altogether. The only way to contact the seller is through the app, which makes the issue even more frustrating because I can’t imagine the hassle of trying to ship this entire set back. The two ottomans do not have storage, and the cushions just sit loosely on top with no Velcro or attachment, so they slide off easily. The back cushions arrived completely pancake flat and still haven’t expanded, and the two throw pillows that were supposed to be included were not in the boxes at all. The couch itself is comfortable and, if it had arrived complete, it could have been a decent bonus room couch. I’m frustrated and honestly feel like I should have gone to a furniture store where I could be confident in my purchase. Macy’s needs to ensure their vendors meet acceptable quality standards.
