Less quality than expected

The delivery was left outside , delivery person didn’t ring the bell . The sofa was easy to unpack and pretty much put together except While putting together one side seemed not to line up and had difficulties putting in the sofa side. Side does seem to be gapped some. Sofa is not as sturdy as pictures imply. pillow covers needed to be ironed, not all the wrinkles came out during expansion . Took days for sofa to expand fully . Over pictures are not fully depicting the sofas quality . It is a light sofa not sturdy or durable in my opinion . If you have children that are being kids this sofa is probably not a perfect choice. Sofa does look nice the color is fantastic . Cushions are comfortable sofa does need more back support .

BUYER BEWARE

I purchsed this sofa from Macy's in May 2025, It was delived 6/13/25. I returned it to a UPS store 6/20/25 to learn Macy's provided the wrong type of lable. I had to rent a truck, get help with musceling the boxes, etc, not an easy task and was a waste of time/money. Macy's arrarged UPS pick up which helped, the sofa was picked up on 6/26/25, delivery was revceived on 7/2/25, and as of today 7/16/25 I still have not received a refund! Macy's is not taking any responsibility in refunding me my money due to the sofa belonging to a 3rd party Vendor which was never mentioned when they took my money!
