Unacceptable

There was a time when furniture came fully assembled, and for the amount of money I paid, it absolutely should have. I’ve spent a full week trying to put this together, and the pieces do not fit. I’ve followed every step, tried every angle, and it simply cannot be assembled as described. I am extremely dissatisfied. At this point, I am seriously considering requesting a refund. I cannot recommend an item that arrives in this condition. Yes, I was told it required assembly, but the salesperson assured me it would be “very easy” — even claiming her fifth-grader could do it. I’m an adult, and even with my son’s help, it is impossible to assemble. Nothing aligns, nothing fits, and the product is not usable as sold.

Beautiful to look at but

What happened to ordering furniture and it comes assembled? No actual instructions, pre-drilled holes or just any indication of where to install pieces. One of the covers will just not line up properly let alone close. I will never purchase from this seller ever again.
