Is this Macy's or Tema

Ashame on Macy's for not vetting the company's they do businesses with. This is a cheaply made couch. So disappointed with Macy's.

Couch

The couch is MUCH cheaper looking in person and not stable or secure at all. Not comfortable and the delivery process was also very unprofessional. Left it on some rocks on the ground floor of my apartment. They also make the return process basically impossible to keep your money. Please avoid
