AWEFUL and Stuck with it!

This is the most horrific furniture I've ever bought. Shame on Macy's for making the public believe that their products are still of exceptional quality and value. I wouldn't have bought this sectional even if I had seen it in a Goodwill store. As soon as I got it put together and stood back to look at it it looked haggard and used. They claim that the fabric is linen but it is more like a micro fiber. It sits very low to the ground and feels like you're sitting on a cot. The back is so low that you can't lean back and get comfortable on it without using another pillow behind your head. I was disgusted the comfort, look and feel of it after one day of trying to make it work that I loaded it all up and took it back to Macy's. They refused to take responsibility for it because it was furniture. The Macy's stores where I live in Arizona don't sell furniture. They said that their register wouldn't even recognize it. They told me I could call UPS but they weren't sure they would take it.

Not worth the money

It reminds me of overpriced IKEA furniture. It’s very stiff and not as comfortable as they look. I will be returning them. The only good thing about this sofa is the fact that you can remove the covers.
