Not keeping time

This watch is not keeping time, I wind it and wear it but it keeps on loosing hours during the day. I only have it for 9 days. It’s a major disappointment, it’s such a nice looking watch

Messed up watch

The watch won’t keep its time. I’ve tried resetting it multiple times won’t keep it’s time.
