Got this for my wife as a Christmas gift, and she loves it‼️ I ordered Black and received a Black watch. She will have to take it in to get some links taken out, but other than that, it was a great surprise Christmas gift 🥰

YAY! Order received was color ordered!

Happy to say I ordered Black watch as a gift and received a Black watch! It's a Christmas gift so we'll see how the recipient likes it after the holiday gift giving! And yes, the box does note "Watches"; however, unless you restrict signature to name on the box only anyone who is at the residence and can sign for it will be accepted.

Do not order Black Watch

I ordered the men’s Stührling black watch and received the wrong item twice. The watch shown on Macy’s website has a black dial, black face, and black band, but I kept receiving a black dial with a silver face and silver band. When I tried to get help, neither Macy’s nor Stührling could resolve the issue—Macy’s only offered to cancel and re-order, and Stührling said they can’t assist because it was purchased through Macy’s. Other reviewers had the same problem. If you want the black watch pictured, you won’t get it. Very disappointing support from Macy’s.

Disappointed

Ordered my watch it got delayed tgen I got a new delivery date but the watch never showed. If you buy from them make sure they have it on a shelf dont order!

Box & delivery

The box clearly state “ WATCH” and it is a birthday gift for my husband. They rang the doorbell and asked my husband, not me ( my name was in the box) to sign for it. He now knows what his birthday surprise is! Thank you for ruining his surprise gift!!!! Wry disappointed!!!!
