Broken product, wasted time.

The watch arrived broken with the crown broken off. I could not email Sturhling, I called and they never answered, Macy's customer support even sent them a complaint from me and they never got back to either of us. Luckily I was able to get a refund through Macy's but this was the worst customer service I have ever seen and Sturhling tried to steal my money and leave me with a broken product.
