Terrible watch. Bad customer service.

The watch is awful. It stopped working after two days. I replaced the battery, and it worked for another three days. I contacted customer service for a return but never heard back. The worst customer service. It is a terrible wristwatch with poor workmanship. The only positive is that it is aesthetically beautiful.
