Polar fleece jacket

Fits true to size. Not heavy, but very warm. Great for chilly weather. Looks great with jeans or slacks. Color is very pretty. Length is perfect. I am petite and it was a great fit

Love the Coat

This coat is great. Fits perfect. Has a super classy look. Wore it out New Year's Eve dinner and fit right in with the dressed to killl crowd. Like it so much I bought three colors.

Polar freeze Full zip Jacket

Oh, so soft and great with inner pockets for my cell. Love the fact that is a warm thickness to wear in this weather. My mom bought a bright red for Christmas and I have 2 other reds, so I got a burgundy instead

Bad customer service from Macys

I ordered a jacket but I received a jean, it' mean the wrong item was sent to me. I used Online chat service to solve the problem but the staff on the chat conversation was so rude and rushed. I used chat window on my phone so it work very slow to type and send the message. That person didn't wait for my respond to make sure I'm done with my concern,they closed the chat window when I was still typing. It was a very bad experience about customer service I have ever had. I was upset about my order and then the way Macy's solve problem from their staff fault, not my fault at all. I think this is the last time I do shopping with Macys. I had a very bad experience about customer service and online shopping with Macys. The staff who work in the customer service need to be trained more.
