Just OK

I purchased this blouse in plus 01x and it fits more like a women’s XXL. The tag list 100% cotton, but also lists recyclable materials. It had a strong smell and after two washes I can still smell it. It’s a very strange fabric, feels nothing like cotton or gauze. Kind of a stiff/rough fabric, I do have to mention that I hung it to dry to avoid shrinkage and I don’t use fabric softener in my washer or dryer.
