Cheap Material & Poorly Made!

Rough, cheap material. Loose waist despite elastic. I had bought these shorts in years past and they were made with a higher quality material, decent elasticizedwaist band & overall, better made. This is another instance of the current lowered quality of some of Macy's clothes.

When are we going to get rid of mid-rise pants, shorts, leggings, etc.? I have to buy a larger size to get the crotch to somewhat fit. Then the seat is too big. Style&Co is not a teenage fashion brand.
