The shoes received were scuffed had been worn

I ordered these shoes and I was excited about getting them, but when I received them they were smelly, scuffed, and had been previously worn by someone. Macy's please do better. Needless to say, they were returned.

Shoe

The left shoe rubbed on the toe. So I looked at the shoe. Size 6 was written on the bottom of each sole.. Then I looked inside the shoe..the left one was 51/2 The right one was sixes 6. I called..they are supposed to send me another pair

Not a good fit.

Need to sz down. Too large and not a tight fit cut short my opinion not good for a narrow feet.
