Poor quality, does not work as described

The 3-way switch broke immediately and I had to replace the part. The switch mechanism still does not work properly. I am able to turn the lamp on and off, but not three settings and it feels cheap. The shade sits loosely and the finial doesn’t fit properly. All in all, this is a disappointing and poor quality product.
