MACY,S supervisor treated a customer as a fool!!!

I am so angry I called and was on the phone with a Macy"s supervisor named Jack. This person was rude and indignant! i had just placed the order the night before and realized something was messed up because the address it was too be shipped to was incorrect. He took me for a fool and told me he would have the lamp re-routed to Macy's. I asked him what proof i would have that he had done this! no phone call and the package came to me. All i want is for Macy,s to send me a return label! i am an excellent customer and can not believe that Macy's would allow this to happen! I hope they read this and do the right thing by their customer!!!!

Amazing!

We were kind of nervous about this lamp but we fell in love with it after we received it. High quality and beautiful design. Sturdy and fancy!
