The furniture is very nice, but in just three months the tubes supporting the seat broke. I wrote to them to see if they would replace or repair it, since I had only recently bought it, and they responded that they could give me $20 to repair the part, which was completely broken. Besides the poor quality, the customer service is even worse.

NOT AS DESCRIBED

I purchased this swing 9 months ago from Macys based on the two reviews that was posted about this swing and needless to say I am very disappointed with it. This product comes with a one year warranty. The rust proof outdoor swing started rusting within a month of having it. I was like fine whatever it’s just cosmetic. Now one of the arms that holds the seat to the spring broke off. Rusted all the way down to the screw. I’ve called the company to no avail because they don’t answer that number. And what legitimate company doesn’t have an answering service?!? Doesn’t matter what time of day I call it just rings until it goes busy. Of course because it’s been over Macy’s 30 day return window, they are not going to help me. Save your money and get something of quality from somewhere else (locally owned).

beautiful swing

Just put this together yesterday, although assembling was easy, the instructions were not clear and that made it more time consuming than it should have been. But now that it's up, we love it and hope to have for many years to come.
