Ítem broke 2 months after purchase

It is a beautiful product and perfect for any space; but it broke after 2 months and it was not used often at home. The provider refused an exchange or refund because 30 days after the purchase has ended. The quality is not very good.

Seat is too deep for me, otherwise it’s okay. I liked the ones we previously purchased from Macy’s better.
