Not a happy camper

I am sure this is a great product but don't order it thru Macy's. The product never arrived, and Macy's did not provide any tracking information. Because it is what Macy's calls a third party seller, they are not able to help with a refund or replacement. Macy's, I bought this from you and I am very disappointed. Shame on you.
