Lack of pressure

Have used this once since owning and the pressure is not even close to 3000psi. My water supply at the faucet coming off the hose is 5.4gpm and the pressure washer only needs 1.3gpm so I know that’s not the problem. I used a gauge on the end of the gun and slightly lower than 1800psi with a 0* tip. Have sent an email to SunJoe support and haven’t heard back. Also tried to call with no luck. I understand with the current situation going on we all have bigger issues. Hoping someone can get back to me or maybe someone reading knows more than I do. Maybe a pressure setting can be set on the pump itself? I do like how quiet the unit is and the quality seems to be pretty nice and sturdy.

Great product!

From the time I opened the box, until I was ready to use it, my 4601 has been a great purchase. It arrived earlier than projected, in perfect condition, and it took me less than 15 minutes to assemble. It provides me with great power to clean dirt and mold off the concrete from around my pool and two patios. The engineering that has gone into this product is excellent. I am expecially happy to have spent a little extra to get this model over the 4600 as I like the wind up hose real - easier to store when not using. The quiet operation, as advertised, is also a plus.

Gone In 20 Seconds

Still up for debate

Ordered on Weds, received on Thur so lightening fast delivery... Unit suppose to come with 20 feet of hose, mine arrived with less than 16 feet of hose... Garden hose connect issue was supposedly corrected and all units now being shipped would have aluminum connectors, mine arrived with one made of plastic... Received a replacement connector, still waiting on replacement hose.. Note on the 20 foot wand hose, this should be a minimum of 30 feet especially when working with an electric powered unit.... Read the small print, this IS NOT a 3000psi unit, according to their SPEC SHEET it's a 2300psi unit with a pump capable of 3000psi with a larger motor... If your buying this for cleaning projects around the house, this unit will handle about anything you throw at it... Being electric, I brought this into a bathroom off of my game room to see if it would remove a hard water stain in bottom of the toilet which no chemical known to man would remove.... Gone in 20 seconds without any chemicals... Yes, I would recommend this unit or any other product made by Snowjoe or Sunjoe
