Sizing is off. Sleeves are too tight

Sizing is wrong. Sleeves are way to skinny. Too bad. It's a beautiful shirt. My husband is disappointed. I am surprised at Macy's.

Runs Small

The shirt runs very small. I bought a XXL. The breadth of the shoulder was 2” smaller than my husband’s XL shirts. Otherwise, I’d like the shirt.
