WHAT SEX IS THIS FOR? AND HOW DO YOU WEAR IT?

I WAS VISUALLY ABSORBED BY THE TEXTURE AS WELL AS THE COLORS. THEN, THERE WAS THE ISSUE: ARE THE DESIGN AND COLORS FEMININE, MASCULINE OR BOTH? NEXT WAS THE ISSUE OF WHETHER THIS GARMENT LOOKS BETTER AS A SHIRT ALONE OR AS A SWEATER-LIKE COVER OVER A COLLARED SHIRT. I DID GET SOME COMPLIMENTS ON THE GARMENT, MOSTLY DUE TO THE VERY "LIVELY" DESIGN AND COLORS. PERSONALLY, I PREFER WEARING THIS GARMENT OVER A COLLORED SHIRT.
