Beautiful look with poor quality

The comforter looks gorgeous however, I noticed a section at the bottom that was completely unstitched. I fixed it and then washed it before using it and all of the filling at the bottom had shifted to one side creating a big lump. I tried to pull it back and flatten it to where it belonged but wasn't 100% successful resulting in a lumpy comforter that is much less pretty.

Macy's Julia Floral

I thought this would be warmer. I was looking for more down or warm filling. It looks puffier in the picture and it's winter in Iowa. The picture is deceiving.
