Package was opened and items were dirty

I received my package today and it was very bad. I’m returning it because it’s by far not what I was expecting. The box was opened, the plastic bag inside was broken and the pieces of the bedding set were all over the place. The light pieces were dirty looking more like a return someone opened and used it and they just deliver back to me without even cleaning it or getting a new bag. I took pictures and video of this. Very sad and disappointing

LOVE IT!!!

Beautiful and soft. Perfect for this cold weather and looks gorgeous on my bed. Great quality. Just purchased a second one in a charcoal color. Totally recommend.

Bed set

The quality of the sheets and pillow sheets are really poor, the worst I ever seen. the blanket is heavy and gorgeous, for the price, I was expecting a much better quality sheets

Not extremely happy with purchase.

Overall I am disappointed with the purchase. For the price point I expected the sheets to be better quality. The comforter is quite warm and cozy but I am glad I got this on a good sale price.

Beautiful comforter however it arrived with a small area that was not sewned together. I was told there were no more available so i kept it. Now i find another area that is not together.

Pretty but Quality is Lacking

The comforter, shams and throw pillows are nice. The color is pretty as is the feel. However, the sheets are awful. Additionally, I returned the item because pieces were missing. Do not recommend. Spend the extra money on something better.
