Works, but definitely read this before you buy!

It’s very well made and it works! Plus it adds additional sturdiness to my squat rack. My only issue is you cannot mount it higher. So if you are a tall person, it will be in your way and you can easily hit your head on it if you leave it attached to your rack!

This bar does not fit

This bar does not fit the power rack that I purchased at the same time. I would like to return it for credit. I have tried loosening all the screws to see if I can make it fit and it is still about an inch too narrow to fit into the holes.

Secure and safe

The bar is easy to attach and take off for quick changes while exercising. My 11 year old son works out with me and it is even easy for him to make quick changes in height to the bar. It is secure and will not come off accidentally while doing pulling exercises like inverted rows. The diamond __quote__knurling__quote__ make it secure even though we still use chalk, but it feels good on the hands and is not at all abrasive. So it wont tear up your hands. Great for elevated pushups, for inverted rows, lower height bar for pullups when teaching kids. Overall very satisfied. Even my wife uses it for pushups and rows.

I like that the grip is textured it helps when I'm doing my pull ups. Overall I think it's a great product and works the way its intended.

Worth the wait

Exactly what I needed for my Sunny rack. It's very sturdy and I'm not exactly light. I weigh close to 200 pounds. I've been waiting for Sunny to come out with this attachment to add to my rack. Worth the wait and money!
