Disapointing

I am sorry to say that this product is disappointing. I bought it for mother's day and it ended up being unbalanced when you use it. I went to revise and many reviews were saying it. So it is not about mine. I don't know how you sell it. I called Macy's and there is no solution: I was asking for a way to improve that, or a way to change it for a better one and the answer is just that I can return it and have my money back. So frustrating.
