Not low impact on knees

Not the best equipment if you have knee pain. Row n Ride is definitely not low impact on your knees.

Good and bad

I absolutely love the benefits of using this machine. However, the resistance band broke and replacement part is unavailable. Great. Useless now.

A fun and affordable machine!

I love it! It’s fun to use and you can definitely feel it. The best thing is you are using your upper body and lower body at the same time and it feels good when you are stretching them both at the same time:blush:
