Perfect choice

Needed a treadmill that would also work the arms for cardio since the weather outside is uncomfortable and the bugs are relentless. Perfect choice!

First Home Exercise Machine I Plan on Keeping

The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. I broke one minor piece getting the treadmill out of the box, so I will be calling Sunny H & F to see if they can send me another arm rest. For someone who is not mechanical and has a ways to go fitness-wise, this is an excellent, cost-effective purchase. It's compact enough to move around if you need to. Definitely a 5 Star purchase for my purposes.

Not for a taller person

The arm exerciser does not extend to a height sufficient for people over 6' tall, nor can you adjust the tension. I guess you get what you pay for, and I should have known that. The bed is not truly long enough either if you plan on a faster gait than a fast walk - again, for people over 6' tall. But, I am old and if I want to run I will go outside. This inexpensive, __quote__Trekpad,__quote__ is just for getting up out of my overstuffed leather recliner!
