Belt is too tight

I bought this bike. The belt is so tight it can hardly be used. I took the cover off thinking I could make an adjustment but the nuts on the wheel is so tight they can't be loosened so the wheel can be moved slightly back some. I've had wind air bikes before and this belt is too tight. 3 people in my house have tried it and none of us can use it. I don't want to return. I want to loosen the nuts slightly to move the wheel back a tiny bit and retighten the nuts but the nuts are stuck. Any suggestions for this issue?

This is my second air

This is my second air bike. I have one in my vacation home. And now in my main home. I use it 5 days a week. It helps me control my type 2 diabetes. Hopefully I will be able to get off of my medication.soon

The air bike gives me

The air bike gives me a very good workout. Very easy to assemble. Extremely happy with it. Only comment is that the seat could have a little more padding.

Not a stable bike. Arms

Not a stable bike. Arms wobble constantly have to tighten knobs. Difficult to assemble. Wouldn’t recommend. Should try and return.

Bike

Bike is good. Assembly was abit of work. Overall enjoying it. There is on problem so far. The rear bottom holder are not sturdy. Would like to find out how to get replacement of both.
