Tour de Vase Ceramic Outdoor Water Fountain - 27"

I purchased one of these fountains about 3 years ago. We love the fountain, but the water flow has always VERY slow. No matter what I do to check for blockages and check for low water. Is there a replacement pump that could correct this problem?

Amazing but...

This is an amazing fountain. However, the pump does not maintain flow. I condition the water, and check for clogs (there are none), but every 4 or 5 days I have to mess with it to keep the flow going. Perhaps an inappropriately sized pump. The fountain itself is gorgeous and high quality - just a pump issue.
